The blossoms from the fireweed produce a wonderful magenta jelly. Our jelly captures the flavor of these delicate blooms. We’ve added our own touch of heat to produce a “FIRED” up version of this popular jelly.

This vinegrette is made out of the rare wild salmonberry which produces a beautiful crimson red vinegrette. Salad never tasted better! The sweet & sour taste will send your taste buds through the roof! We suggest trying it as a dipping sauce for eggrolls, tossed in salad, or as a marinade.
